Mission

Objective 1
- Review project plans to identify and implement necessary revisions.
- Communicate with property owners to understand their concerns regarding the project.
- Provide weekly updates to the fiduciary on project progress and any property owner concerns.

- Execute easement agreements, including any special stipulations or side letters, with property owners.
- Notarize and close easement agreements on parcels.
- Record the completed easement agreements with the county.
